The Volunteers were the last state squad to do so in 2007, when head coach Phillip Fulmer led UT to Atlanta, well before legal Tennessee sports betting. Tennessee lost to LSU, 21-14, in that game and the Vols have not won an SEC title since 1998. Thatās better than their league brethren from Nashville, because Vanderbilt has never won an SEC championship in football.
